Please email us first at help@howellpets.com so we can begin the return process. Please re-package your item carefully, and in the same box if possible, so that it returns to us undamaged. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we can not accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves. Once the item/items are received, we'll issue a full refund less the cost of personalized ID tags. Return shipping costs are not covered.
